CJC-1295 with DAC
A longer-lasting approach to growth hormone research
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), studied for its effects on growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) signalling.
What does “with DAC” mean?
DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex. This modification allows the peptide to bind to albumin, a protein in the blood, extending its time in circulation. This longer duration is a defining feature of CJC-1295 with DAC. (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)
What has research shown?
Early controlled studies in healthy adults found sustained increases in GH and IGF-1 following CJC-1295 administration. A separate study found that the natural pulsatile pattern of GH release persisted during this prolonged stimulation. These findings support its relevance to research into the GH/IGF-1 pathway. (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov, pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)
These hormone findings do not establish benefits for muscle gain, fat loss, recovery or anti-aging. Long-term safety and effectiveness for those purposes remain unproven.
Is it the same as CJC-1295 without DAC?
No. Products labelled “CJC-1295 without DAC” commonly refer to modified GRF (1–29), a different, shorter-acting peptide. The names should not be treated as interchangeable.
